Booking a Session (The process)
01- Lets Make it official!
We’ll email your booking proposal & non-refundable retainer invoice. To reserve your date, simply sign & submit the retainer upon receipt. Your retainer will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your session.
02 - The Big day has Arrived
We’ll be by your side to gently guide you through posed portraits while also capturing those in-between moments.
03 - Cherish Your Moments!
After your gallery is completed, you’ll receive a private link to view & share your images up to 2 months, to give you plenty of time to download & save!
Rain Delays
In case of a 50% or higher chance of rain or bad weather scheduled for the day of your session, your session may get postponed for everyone's safety and comfort. Should we need to move to an alternative date, keep an eye on your inbox if the weather looks messy, I'll send you and email the day before with all the new details and suggested rain dates available to get your session rescheduled.
when is the best time to schedule a session
The Golden Hour is the best time to have a photo session. This is the period of daytime shortly after sunrise or before sunset, during which daylight is reder and softer than when the sun is higher in the sky. The Golden Hour magically erases blemishes. The soft, diffused light blurs imperfections and evan adds the perfect touch of a glowing tan.
How do you set yourself apart for the best client expierence
I offer a full-service expierence! Styling , of course, is a huge part of that, but also extensive client communication, LOCATION scouting for unique spots (very important to me), and over-delivering on everything I offer.
How do you address and handle posing
I use gentle gesturing to "pose" you, which creates opportunities for your natural movements and interactions to be front and center, so only your authentic self shines through! A little candid, a little posed, and all you in your gallery.
How long does it take to receive my photos
My standard turn around time for delivering photo galleries is approximately one to two-weeks. However, during peak seasons, this may extend by an additional one to two weeks depending on demand.
