01 -  Let's Make it Official!


Congratulations on choosing to embark on this photographic journey with SHP! We'll promptly send you a booking proposal outlining your selected package for your review and confirmation. To secure your date, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% will be required, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your session.


02 - Let's Craft Your Photo Session!


We'll send you a short comprehensive questionnaire to gather all the necessary details for your special day. This information, will help us construct a photography-friendly photo session designed just for you!


03 - The Big Day Has Arrived!


Throughout your session, we'll be there to document not only the posed, traditional portraits but also those precious, spontaneous moments in between. We thrive on capturing the reactions and heartfelt expressions. From the intricate details to the fleeting moments, those are the elements we specialize in capturing—and we can't wait for you to relive them through your final gallery!


04 - Cherish Your Moments!


After your photo session and your photos have been completed, you’ll receive access to your personalized online gallery with a print release. This means you can revisit and enjoy the special moments captured with your loved ones over and over again.  You can share the gallery link with friends and family, and the best part? Your gallery will be available for 2 months, so you can download and order prints whenever you like, without any rush!

HOW DO YOU SET YOURSELF APART FOR THE BEST CLIENT EXPERIENCE?

We offer a full-service experience! Styling, of course, is a huge part of that, but also extensive client communication, LOCATION scouting for unique spots (very important to us), and over-delivering on everything we offer.

HOW DO YOU ADDRESS AND HANDLE POSING?

We use gentle gesturing to "pose" you, which creates opportunities for your natural movements and interactions to be front and center, so only the authentic you shines through! A little candid, a little posed, and all you in your gallery!

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE A SESSION?

The Golden Hour is the best time for a photo session. This is the period of daytime shortly after sunrise or before sunset, during which daylight is redder and softer than when the sun is higher in the sky. The Golden Hour magically erases blemishes. The soft, diffused light blurs imperfections and even adds the perfect touch of a glowing tan.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Our standard turnaround time for delivering photos is approximately 2 weeks. However, during peak seasons, this may extend by an additional 1-2 weeks depending on demand."





Do you travel for photoshoots?

Based in NW Georgia, We offer free travel for all our clients within a 60-mile radius of Cartersville, GA. For locations beyond this distance, We are happy to travel for a small additional fee.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use Nikon Z7II mirrorless cameras with Z prime series lenses (35mm and 85mm), a 24-70mm Zoom lens, Godox on/off camera flash and 3 Neewar LED external light panels.

We always bring backup gear including lenses, flash – and lots of extra batteries!
